bde-text\">\nRegiestichting Potential Pathways zet zich in voor het opbouwen van krachtige publiek-private samenwerkingen die asielzoekers en statushouders ondersteunen in hun weg naar een duurzame toekomst. Door in te zetten op lokale en internationale upskilling en reskilling, helpen we hen uit te groeien tot toekomstbestendige talenten die bijdragen aan de arbeidsmarkt; in hun gastland, herkomstland en de rest van de wereld.<br><br>De Regiestichting is aanjager van een ecosysteem voor internationale wederkerige waarde creatie door menswaardige, duurzame en future free inzet van wereldwijd onbenut potentieel, waar ook werkgevers van profiteren. De Regiestichting is opgericht als reactie op de groeiende behoefte aan innovatieve oplossingen voor de uitdagingen rondom arbeidsmigratie en asielzoekers. <br><br>De stichting streeft ernaar om de perceptie van de 'asielcrisis' te transformeren naar 'migratie als kans'. Dit wordt gerealiseerd door het bevorderen van duurzame en menswaardige integratie van asielzoekers in de Nederlandse arbeidsmarkt, evenals het toerusten van asielzoekers met future free skills die ook in het land van herkomst of elders in de wereld kunnen worden ingezet. Door de krachten te bundelen met zowel publieke als private partijen, kan de stichting innovatieve en effectieve oplossingen ontwikkelen en implementeren. Zo draagt de stichting niet alleen bij aan de integratie en het welzijn van asielzoekers, maar ook aan de algehele economische groei en stabiliteit van de Nederlandse samenleving en het bedrijfsleven.<br><br>De opvang van asielzoekers in Nederland kenmerkt zich als \u00e9\u00e9n van de meest complexe maatschappelijke uitdagingen van onze tijd. Aan deze uitdagingen zijn aanzienlijke maatschappelijke kosten verbonden, waaronder overbelaste opvangfaciliteiten en vastgelopen asielprocedures. Bovendien roept het diepgaande economische, sociale en veiligheidsgerelateerde zorgen op binnen de Nederlandse samenleving. <br><br>Tegelijkertijd erkent men de essenti\u00eble rol van arbeidsmigranten in het oplossen van de krapte op de arbeidsmarkt en het opvangen van de gevolgen van vergrijzing. De bestuurders zijn onbezoldigd. Bestuurders hebben wel recht op een vergoeding voor gemaakte onkosten. De betaalde (onkosten)vergoedingen worden als zodanig in het jaarverslag opgenomen en toegelicht.<br>De stichting zal jaarlijks een begroting en jaarplan opstellen. De stichting heeft niet als doel om winst te maken. Inkomsten worden direct gekoppeld aan de uitvoer van programma\u2019s en projecten. Winsten die desondanks uit inkomsten ontstaan en zo vermogen vormen zullen worden ge\u00efnvesteerd in opvolgende projecten ter uitvoering van de missie van de stichting.<br><br>Het vermogen van de stichting dient te allen tijde ter verwezenlijking van het doel en de missie van de stichting. De stichting houdt niet meer vermogen aan dan redelijkerwijs nodig is voor de continuering van de voorziene werkzaamheden ten behoeve van de doelstelling van de stichting.
